Meet Monica

Monica began her career at just 18, freelancing as a makeup artist and quickly gaining recognition for her artistry and attention to detail. By 20, she had expanded her reach into digital content creation—first through YouTube tutorials that showcased her creative approach, and later through collaborations with beauty brands drawn to her signature aesthetic and authenticity.

In 2024, after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Monica rediscovered her love for the beauty industry and transformed her passion into a purpose-driven brand. Niku Beauty reflects her belief that confidence is the most beautiful accessory—and her mission is to help every client feel empowered, radiant, and unapologetically themselves.

Now pursuing her MBA, Monica continues to expand her expertise in business and leadership while growing Niku Beauty into a brand built on trust, inclusivity, and artistry. Through her studio, she aims to spread her vision of beauty as both an experience and a feeling—creating a safe, welcoming space where everyone can come to be celebrated, cared for, and beautifully transformed.
